May I sit with You, to help and guide me through?
My spirit’s low today. Can we talk and pray?
I’m unsure of what I need, but I’m certain where to turn
For comfort, for compassion, for hope and for concern.
Good medicine is God, body, soul, and mind.
However small or great, no better will one find.
May I stand with You, to help and guide me through?

I’m unsure of what I want, but I’m certain where to be
For solace, for forgiveness, for truth and honesty.
Good medicine is God, body, soul, and mind.
However small or great, no better will one find.
May I walk with You, to help and guide me through?
My spirit’s low today. Can we dance and pray?
I’m unsure of what is best, but I’m certain where to go
For answers to my prayers You will lovingly bestow.
Good medicine is God, body, soul, and mind.
